Straight up — flow is a personal trading journal. Your data exists to serve you, not us. Here's exactly what we collect and why.

What we collect
Your email (to log you in) and whatever trade data you enter — dates, results, R, notes, screenshots. Nothing else.

We don't sell anything
Your data is never sold, shared, or used for ads. Full stop. It exists so you can see your own stats.

Where it's stored
Everything lives in Supabase (PostgreSQL), a trusted database provider. Screenshots are compressed and stored in your account only.

Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, no third-party ad scripts.

Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics — anonymous page views only. We can't see who you are from it.

Delete your data
Want your account and data deleted? Just message us on Discord or email hello@flow-journal.app and we'll handle it.
